Hi, I'm Saie
(Pronounced Sa-ee)
Thank you for stopping by to learn more about me. My story is one of curiosity, creativity, and a love for people that’s been a part of me for as long as I can remember.
A Creative Spark from Childhood
As a child, I spent countless hours watching my dad bring his architectural visions to life. Whether it was seeing models take shape in his office or witnessing how spaces could transform lives, I was inspired to create for people. This fascination guided me to pursue architecture—a field where I could combine creativity with problem-solving to design spaces that serve human needs.

From Spaces to Interfaces
Studying architecture taught me the value of empathy, attention to detail, and the power of design to shape experiences. Through endless hours of model-making and prototyping, I learned to bring abstract ideas into reality, always keeping the end user in mind.
However, as I delved deeper into the field, I realized its rigidity. Once a project was built, there was little opportunity to iterate or adapt based on feedback. I longed for a discipline where designs could evolve dynamically and continuously respond to user needs. That’s when I discovered UX design—a perfect blend of creativity, empathy, and real-time problem-solving. My architectural training became a solid foundation, giving me a unique perspective as I transitioned into this exciting field.

A Journey of Growth and Leadership
The desire to create and connect didn’t stop at architecture. During the pandemic, I started a small crochet business with my mom. What began as a way to address financial challenges quickly grew into a venture that supported over 100 orders in just three months. We expanded by hiring individuals from lower-income communities in India, providing both income and opportunity during a difficult time. This experience strengthened my leadership, adaptability, and taught me valuable skills in product management, digital marketing, and visual storytelling — all of which continue to inform my work as a UX designer today.

A Love for Learning, Adventure and People
Outside work, I’m a thrill-seeker who loves hiking, amusement parks, and adrenaline-filled adventures. I’m also someone who’s always eager to learn—whether it’s picking up a new dance style, mastering an instrument, or exploring a different language. Growing up, sports like swimming, football, and badminton shaped my discipline, teamwork, and openness to feedback. Traveling and meeting new people continually inspires my empathy and creativity, driving my passion for designing meaningful experiences.
